Beef Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 packet tortillas (cooked as per packet instructions)
  • 500g lean mince
  • 45g can baked beans
  • 400g diced tomatoes
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. bolognaise sauce
  • 1/3 cup beef stock
  • ½ tsp gravy powder
  • Pinch of salt and white pepper
  • ½ cup Grated cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 200C. Heat large frying pan over medium-high heat, add the mince and cook for three minutes or until browned.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste and stock. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in the beans.

Place meat inside tortillas, fold one end over and roll. Place in lightly greased oven proof dish, sprinkle with some grated cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes to brown.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream (optional) and a mixed salad.
